近幾個禮拜以來，學校一直在研擬較有效率的簽退方式，現在終於有了結果，但在執行上要有家長們的配合才有可能，所以學校決定於本周六(2/18)上午
10:20~10:50於學校餐廳召開家長座談會，想聽聽家長們的意見，並針對是否繼續執行簽到與簽退一事以家庭為單位進行表決。家長們的選項有：1.不
需再由校方執行簽到與簽退，家長會自行照顧自家小朋友的安全；2.家長們配合學校以下的簽到與簽退的流程：上學時，家長帶小朋友到教室後簽到完畢才離開，
才藝課下課時(11:50)家長自行帶領自己的小朋友到指定的簽退出口簽退。若有家長累積三次未簽退就帶小朋友離開，校方有權請家長簽一份免責任權同意
書，請家長日後自行負責小朋友的安全。
The
school has been trying to devise a more efficient sign-out procedure in
the past few weeks, and now we finally got a plan. As help from the
parents is crucial to its implementation, the school would like to
invite all parents to a meeting this Saturday (2/18) from 10:20 to 10:50
at the cafeteria. We would like to hear your thoughts and also ask each
family to vote on the issue of whether we should continue with
signing-in and out. Each family will have the following two choices: 1.
There is no need for the school to implement sign-in and sign-out
procedures, the parents can take care of their kids themselves; 2. We
will work with the school to carry out the following sign-in and
sign-out procedures: When dropping off our children at the classroom, we
would complete the sign-in form before we leave. At the end of the last
school period (11:50), we will bring our children to their designated
sign-out door for signing-out. If the record shows that a parent has
left the school without signing-out, the school has the right to ask him
or her to sign a waiver form and ask him or her to be responsible for
the safety of his or her child in the future.
